    1. Betts Group understands the responsibly it has in engaging with minors and therefore takes special care when doing so.
    2. Betts Group requests a date of birth during the checkout process only to ensure that a lawful transaction occurs.

    1. Any resumes submitted will be treated in confidence.
    2. All resumes, unless stated otherwise in his/her application, will be kept on file for up to 3mths. 
    3. After this date the resume and details of the applicant will be deleted and/or destroyed by Betts Group.
